Terms of Service

Brandefer lets you connect social media accounts, compose and schedule posts, publish across multiple networks, and view analytics. Features depend on the permissions each network grants and on the plan available to your organization.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the conduct of team members you invite. You must be authorized to manage any social account you connect.

When you connect an account, you authorize Brandefer to act on your behalf within the scope you approve — for example, to publish posts, upload media, read basic profile details and retrieve insights. You can disconnect an account at any time, which revokes our stored access for that account.

Your use of each network through Brandefer is also subject to that network’s own terms, including those of Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X, LinkedIn and TikTok. You agree not to use the Service to violate any network’s policies.

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish. You grant Brandefer the limited rights needed to store, process and transmit that content to the networks you choose. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to any media you upload.

Do not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or any network. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or a connected network’s rules.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions made by those platforms, which may affect the availability of features such as publishing or analytics.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brandefer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content published through the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. On termination, we remove stored access tokens for your connected accounts.
